Now, the challenge is actually FINDING the cart. There are a few places I've seen that have wholesale carts, here, but nothing for individual sale. I think I may have to tap into my NWA contacts and see if they can snag me an old one.

I've seen a few of these salvaged airline carts turned into home bars and today's flickr find was the final straw. I absolutely have to make one of these myself.
